The movement of life force energy, prana, through the body is accomplished on a subtle level most individuals rarely connect with. Practicing intentionally with the breath allows us to experience that movement directly. In each Breath and Body encounter, we will explore several structured breathing techniques developed by Yoga Sages centuries ago. Practice is performed sitting and/or lying down.
