Yoga/Movement: Qi Gong

This is a flowing movement and breath meditation of Taiji Qi Gong featuring 18 movements that are suitable for all levels and all bodies. These movements can be practiced sitting or standing and support the flow of breath and energy in the physical and subtle body.

All are welcome. No experience is required. Led by Joslyn Hitter.
