Yoga/Movement: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Open to all levels and adjusted to the needs in the room, this Vinyasa flow yoga class will get our hearts pumping, offer heart, hip, and shoulder opening postures, and take us through a flow of body and breath.

All are welcome. No experience is required. Led by Lauren Kelly Benson.
